London Nanny Consultancy is a Mayfair-based nanny recruitment consultancy founded by Jana Valabikova Morgan & Emma Henderson. With a combined 25 years’ experience in the world of international high-end nanny, maternity nurse and governess recruitment, Jana and Emma bring extensive childcare knowledge and industry experience to every placement.
We offer a personal and knowledgeable nanny service to both our clients and candidates and our aim is to build long-lasting relationships that are based on professionalism, trust and respect.

Jana has been an expert in the field of recruiting and placing career nannies, maternity nurses and governesses internationally. She has extensive experience working with UHNW and VIP clients worldwide and offers a personalised, diligent and caring service that places you at the centre.
Emma, with a background in primary teaching teamed with over 10 years’ experience as a Maternity Nurse and Nanny Recruiter, specialises in sourcing experienced, nurturing nannies and assisting private families internationally.
As mothers ourselves, we understand how personal the decision to welcome someone into your family can be. We know that finding the right nanny isn’t simply about experience or qualifications, it’s also trust and finding someone who genuinely understands your children and your family’s way of life.
