The role may have to start in the USA, and will be to provide (medical) care for a young baby within a fully staffed household; previous hospital experience would be preferred for this role, or strong maternity nurse/private nurse experience with a gentle baby-led approach.

Start Date: ASAP/flexible
Length of Booking: 12 months preferred

Experienced & Professional Nanny is needed for a position based in South Kensington, London with two children aged 4 & 2.5 years.

The position will be on a live-in basis ideally, working Mon – Fri 7am to 7pm; the family provide separate accommodation nearby.

The role is for a very experienced, professional & active Nanny who is confident in her skills and is a team player, as this is a fully staffed household. If the Nanny was a driver that would be a bonus, however this is not essential. The children attend a school/nursery school so doing drop-offs and pick-ups would be part of the role as well as being responsible for all standard nursery duties for the children. This is a busy and active semi-formal household and the family also have two older children who are at boarding school, and a young baby who has a long-term maternity nurse.

Ideal candidate will have considerable sole charge experience with these age groups and also some experience working for staffed households, as well as a cheerful, positive and pleasant personality. Some holiday travel will also be required, at least twice a year (tbd); if the Nanny was willing to travel more often it could be a bonus. Some proxy-parenting might also be required at times.

A lovely professional family based in Hampstead, London NW3 are looking for a nurturing, experienced, creative & confident Live-out Nanny to look after their 14-month old son on a sole charge basis.

The family are ideally looking for a fully trained Nanny – ideally a NORLAND trained Nanny would suit this family (their current Nanny is also a Norlander).

It is important for the family to find a Nanny who is professional and dedicated to their nanny career; someone kind, caring, creative. Willingness to travel occasionally with the family (2-4 weeks per year) is also important.

GERMAN Speaking Nanny needed by a Lovely Family based in Istanbul, Turkey ~ 10-month old Baby ~ 1st May 2024 Start ~ 24/5 Cover

Professional family in Istanbul are looking for a German speaking Nanny (native level) for their baby girl who will be 10 months old in early May. The family currently employ a long-term Maternity Nurse for the baby and also a professional Nanny for their older child (aged 3.5 years old, Nanny placed by London Nanny Consultancy); the position will be mostly sole charge with some shared care, and the Nanny will be required to only communicate with the baby (and the older child) in German.

Ideal candidate will be qualified in childcare, professional, engaging & proactive with a friendly and easy-going approach and happy to work within a staffed household as the family also employ a housekeeper and a a driver. The Nanny will be responsible for all nursery duties for the little girl, and will be also able to travel with the family internationally, and focus fully on her overall development and well-being.

Working hours will be a 24/5 cover (with a daily break), with flexibility needed regarding the working days. The role is live-in when on duty (room available in the family’s spacious apartment). For days off, the family provide a separate nanny apartment which is shared with the other Nanny and within walking distance – the family’s apartment is located within a luxury residence in a great area of Istanbul. Nannies are able to use the apartment building facilities such as the gym etc. (gym membership can be provided).

The new Nanny needs to be flexible, organised and also someone active, energetic with interest in sports ideally to fit in with the family’s lifestyle.

Start date is 1st May 2024 and salary offered is negotiable based on experience and qualifications: £1250 per week net/£250 net per 24 hours covered. This is a long-term permanent role and ideally for a minimum of 18 months (the little girl will start nursery school from the age of 2 years app.).

Qualified Montessori (or similar) Teacher/Governess needed for a VIP Household in the UAE ~ One Child ~ Separate Accommodation

The role will be to focus on education, support and daily activities of one child aged 5 years who also goes to school, and to work within a formal fully staffed household. 

Ideal candidate needs to have extensive experience with this age group and will be very professional, organised, proactive, a team player plus will have relevant qualifications (Montessori preferred), and internatioanl experience working in similar roles.

24/5 Nanny position based in Athens, GREECE for a fun & active English speaking Nanny (native level) ~ Two children aged 2.5 years & 4 years old ~ Separate Accommodation for Days off

A young high profile Greek family are looking for a native English speaking Nanny to take over from their current British Nanny. Start date for the role is flexible – mid June 2024 the latest.

Working hours will be to be on call 24/5, with days off being Monday & Tuesday. One weekend off per month could be offered to the Nanny during the winter months as in the summer, the family tend to travel extensively. The children also go to school during the week so the Nanny will have some down-time as a lot of the time, no nursery duties will be required as the family also employ other staff to help with these. (Some flexibility with this might be required at times.) On Saturdays & Sundays, the Nanny will be required to work full days.

Initially the Nanny will be required to share the bedroom with the younger child when on duty (sleeps through the night consistently), and will have her own on duty bedroom & bathroom once the family move in September. For the days off, the Nanny will be provided with a separate apartment nearby.

Travel will also be involved so the new Nanny needs to be flexible, organised and happy to travel frequently, especially (but not only) during the summer months. Confident swimmer and someone outdoorsy and sporty is essential, as the family spend a lot of time on beaches, around pools and also on a boat. The family also have a large friendly dog.

The family are looking for a Nanny with a native level of English who can organise fun and stimulating activities for the children, and who can teach them English in a fun and age-appropriate way.

Private Family based in CAIRO, Egypt are looking for a ROTA Nanny/Governess for their two children aged 4 & 5 Years ~ Separate Flat Provided ~ ASAP Start ~ 1-year Contract ~ 3 Weeks on/3 Weeks off Rota

Duties will include:
• Getting the children ready for school, chaperoning them to school (the children are in full-time education at a local British School)
• Teaching the children and helping with after school tasks, liaising with teachers, coaches, making sure the children are all on time for their lessons and keeping on top of everything related to them
• Planning fun & educational activities
• Overseeing children’s busy schedules, chaperoning them to extracurricular activities and play dates
• Updating the parents on their schoolwork and progress
• Organising their wardrobes, toys; making sure uniforms are ready and bags are packed for the following day
• Maintaining a regular evening routine, including bathtime
• Travelling internationally with the family, packing and unpacking, entertaining the children on flights and researching fun and educational days out when on holiday

The role would suit a Qualified Nanny/Governess, ideally someone with a university degree in education and/or teaching experience of around 2-3 years and from the UK. Experience working within private households would be strongly preferred but is not essential.
Someone organised with attention to detail and high standards, with great communication skills and a background in teaching in Primary Schools in the UK. Ideal candidate will also be proactive, forward thinking, confident in their skills and patient with high energy levels.
