London Nanny Consultancy can provide your family with experienced and professional Nannies, Governesses, Maternity Nurses and Family PAs (Personal Assistants).
Our candidates are experienced in working within private households and understand the discretion, professionalism and flexibility that family life can require. We take the time to understand your practical requirements and the qualities you are looking for, allowing us to introduce candidates who are genuinely suited to your family.
We specialise in permanent nanny placements, usually for a minimum of one year, as well as temporary nanny and short-term nanny placements. Maternity Nurse placements can range from one or two weeks through to six months or more, depending on your needs.

At London Nanny Consultancy, we work with the best candidates in the industry & we are passionate about making the right match.
Our Nannies, Governesses & Maternity Nurses are all highly experienced and mostly also qualified professionals who have chosen caring for children to be their career and their vocation. They will have a minimum of three to five years’ experience working with private families and/or will be formally trained in childcare or education or similar, including NNEB, CACHE, NVQ, Montessori, Early Years, Maternity Nurse Practitioner Training, Primary Teaching, Child Psychology.
We are highly selective in our recruitment and have a ‘quality over quantity’ approach when it comes to selecting who we work with. Our candidates are all interviewed, have their references and qualifications carefully checked, undergo a DBS check and must hold a pediatric first-aid certificate.
We work in close contact with you and are here to listen to your requirements and offer advice, guidance, and support from the moment you register with us throughout the interview stage, contract negotiation, and post-placement too.
