London Nanny Consultancy offers competitive Placement Fees, yet we never compromise on the calibre of the staff we place and are proud to provide high quality personalised service at competitive rates.
Nanny and Governess placements are considered to be temporary up to 20 weeks/(app. 5 months); after this time a permanent placement fee applies.

Consultancy Package
We can manage your Other Household Staff Member search, i.e. search for a Private Tutor/Teacher, Butler, Household Manager, Housekeeper, Private Chef, etc. We select and deal with specialised partner agencies and/or recruiters on your behalf and streamline the search for you, only presenting you with the most suitable and talented candidates from all of them.
You give us your requirements and we create a detailed job specification which we will present to agencies and recruiters – you don’t have to speak to numerous agencies yourself and repeat your requirements, let us do the work for you!
We can pre-interview selected candidates for you should you wish, we liaise with the agencies and/or recruiters and the candidates directly too, to ensure a smooth and effective process. We know the ins and outs of the recruitment process, know what to look out for, and know how agencies work, so we can make sure you are getting the first-class service you are expecting.
This service is available for a fee of £2000 for UK placements and £4000 for International placements. Fifty percent of the fee is payable in advance and the remaining fifty percent after a successful placement has been facilitated.
Note: In case the search is not successful, the first fifty percent of the fee is non-refundable.
The above fees only relate to the London Nanny Consultancy fee; all other relevant fees related to the sourcing of the candidate will have to be settled directly with the agency/recruiter who provided the candidate in the first place. London Nanny Consultancy acts as an intermediary in this instance.
