Two Professional Nannies Required for VIP Family ~ Overseas Role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with Travel

London Nanny Consultancy is seeking TWO experienced, professional and nurturing Nannies for a private household based in Saudi Arabia. The family have two young children – a 1-year-old girl and a 3-year-old attending kindergarten part-time and are looking to employ one new professional Nanny per child.
The nannies will work closely together throughout the day, including during playtimes, outings and mealtimes, whilst each maintaining primary responsibility for one child, also covering each other’s days off.
Ideal candidates will be warm, proactive, organised and highly experienced in supporting early years development, including speech, confidence, learning through play and social development. Previous experience working within private households is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing attentive, loving and age-appropriate care
• Supporting developmental milestones through play and daily activities
• Encouraging speech, confidence, coordination and independence
• Planning engaging and educational activities
• Maintaining routines for naps, learning, meals and wellbeing
• Monitoring allergies and coordinating children’s meals with parents/staff
• Keeping children’s areas, clothing and belongings organised
• Travelling with the family when required
• Working collaboratively with household staff and the second nanny
• Maintaining discretion, flexibility and professionalism at all times
Candidate Requirements:
• Previous private household nanny experience (ideally in the Middle East)
• Strong understanding of child development
• Calm, nurturing and engaging approach
• Organised, proactive and adaptable
• Comfortable travelling internationally
• Excellent references
• Fluent English required; additional languages beneficial
Working Schedule:
• 6-day working week/12-hour days
• Flexibility required depending on travel and family schedules
Accommodation & Package:
• Accommodation provided at all times, including during travel (own bedroom & bathroom for each nanny in a separate house)
• Four weeks annual leave

A prominent VIP household based in the UAE (Al Ain with stays in Abu Dhabi too) are looking for a dynamic, warm, nurturing & highly engaging Nanny/ Childcare professional to mainly support the development of two children aged 6 & 7 years.
The position is to start ASAP/flexible; working hours needed will be 5 days a week/12 hours a day (days off in the week and flexibility might be required). This is a fully staffed formal household so it is essential that the new Nanny is a team player, flexible, adaptable, respectful, highly professional, culturally sensitive, can work as part of a large team – and can also work with other siblings as needed occasionally (one older sibling, and one younger). The household operates under an autonomous, child-led parenting philosophy with preference for Waldorf and Montessori approaches.
Ideal candidate will be flexible, creative and with a good sense of humour, and will be able to bring positive engagement and fun to the children’s daily lives, entirely through connection rather than authority.
Being active, playful and organised is also essential, as well as having relevant experience in supporting children’s daily activities/routines, education & learning. The role would suit someone with background in teaching/home education/alternative and holistic teaching philosophies, as well as dynamic backgrounds such as sports/coaching or performing arts; the role is open to both female and male candidates who are engaging, positive, warm, professional with high energy.

This is a shared role between two maternity nurses, ensuring seamless 24-hour care and support during the early months.
Duties will include:
• Full newborn care (feeding, changing, bathing, settling)
• Working closely with another MN, alternating between day and night shifts as needed
• Establishing feeding routines
• Supporting the mother with postnatal recovery and guidance
• Implementing healthy sleep routines
• Sterilising bottles and maintaining nursery hygiene
• Monitoring baby’s development and wellbeing
• Supporting first-time parents with all aspects of newborn care
