Our Fees

London Nanny Consultancy offers a bespoke and highly personalised nanny recruitment service to families seeking exceptional childcare professionals. Our Placement Fees reflect the calibre of candidates we represent and the time, expertise and the highly personalised service involved in each search.

We never compromise on the quality of the candidates we place and are proud to provide a discreet, professional and bespoke nanny recruitment service to families in London and internationally.

 The following agency fees are payable by the Client to London Nanny Consultancy once a placement has been confirmed.

All fees are in GBP (pounds sterling) and are payable within 7 working days of the invoice date, or before the placement starts, whichever is sooner, by bank transfer. 

Where applicable, a registration fee is payable by bank transfer at the time of the Client’s registration with the Consultancy.

Placement fees are one-off fees and are not determined by the Candidate’s salary. Our placement fees are transparent and fixed, giving families clarity from the outset. 

Placements are considered to be temporary up to 20 weeks. Should a placement continue beyond 20 weeks, the permanent placement fee will apply.

Permanent placements are subject to a guarantee period, subject to our Terms of Business.
